Q: What is the deadline for placing orders?
A:  We would like all orders to be placed by the 25th of the month before.

Q: What is the price for each meal?
A: Pre K-4th grade is $3.50 and 5th-12th grade is $4.00.

Q: Can I cancel a meal once the order has been placed?
A: Meals can be cancelled up until 8:00 a.m. the day the meal is served.  So if your child is sick or has a field trip you can cancel before 8:00 a.m.  After 8:00 a.m. all sales are final. (Example: Monday's lunch must be cancelled before 8:00 a.m. that same day.)

Q: How do I cancel a meal?
A: To cancel a meal, log in to your account. On the main page there is a "Place Order" section from there you will go to the date that you want to cancel, think cancel, then update.  A credit for the value of the meal(s) will be added to your account.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We have a "No Refund Policy" cancelled meals will result in a credit on your school lunch account. This credit will automatically be applied to your next order.

Q: What if I have children in multiple grades?
A: When you add children to your account make sure you select the right grade for each child.

Q: What happens if I my child is sick?
A: If your child is out sick, we will issue a credit to your lunch account for the missed meal if you have cancelled the meal prior to 8:00 a.m.

Q: What are the drink options for lunch?
A: 2% milk, low-fat chocolate milk, skim milk, orange juice and apple juice.  These drinks are sold for 50 cents or you can buy a milk card for $5.00 with 10 drink punches.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We will not sell or disclose any contact information submitted through our site to any third party. All personal information will be kept confidential. We will only use your contact information to correspond with you about important matters concerning our lunch program.
